Search Hints: To search for more than one term within a field, use these connectors.

1. OR - Use a slash (/) for publications with either word (labor unions/unions)
2. AND - Use an ampersand (&) for publications with both words (international HRM & expatriates)
3. NOT- Use an exclamation point (!) between words or phrases to eliminate unwanted results. (health care ! health care reform)
4. Use an asterisk (*) for truncation (employee stock* = employee stock options or employee stock ownership)
